Key Responsibilities

•Lead and support end-to-end presales activities, including proposal development, RFP/RFI responses, effort estimation, solution design, and client presentations for supply chain transformation initiatives.
•Conduct discovery workshops, gather and analyze business requirements, identify process gaps, and translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and solution documentation.
•Partner with business stakeholders, solution architects, technical teams, and implementation partners to design scalable supply chain planning and execution solutions aligned with business objectives.
•Perform fit-gap analysis, define future-state business processes, operating models, KPIs, dashboards, reporting requirements, and support testing, user acceptance, deployment, and continuous improvement initiatives.
•Facilitate workshops, executive presentations, and stakeholder discussions while serving as the primary bridge between business and technology teams throughout project delivery.
•Contribute to the development of consulting methodologies, reusable assets, service offerings, and best practices that strengthen the overall supply chain consulting practice.
