- Define and drive the long-term technical strategy for the Document Domain, ensuring scalable architecture and reliable product evolution.
- Design, develop, and maintain complex backend systems using Python and modern engineering practices.
- Lead initiatives that improve system reliability, performance, maintainability, and developer productivity.
- Champion AI-powered development workflows by helping engineers adopt effective tools and practices to improve speed and quality.
- Collaborate with multiple engineering teams to align architecture decisions and deliver impactful document capabilities.
- Mentor engineers by sharing technical knowledge, providing guidance, and supporting their professional growth.
- Identify technical challenges, define strategic plans, and execute initiatives with a one-year horizon.
