•Make architectural decisions and evaluate technical trade-offs.
•Improve team practices around design, development, testing, code reviews, and delivery.
•Develop understanding of customer challenges and agent-based development workflows.
•Contribute to an on-call rotation and support reliability of critical systems.
•Promote a collaborative, high-trust engineering culture.
