Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-quality software features for Kubernetes-focused products and open-source solutions.
- Build and maintain Kubernetes operators that provide complete lifecycle management for mission-critical components.
- Develop and improve Kubernetes addons that enable seamless integration of projects and services with minimal operational overhead.
- Write clean, maintainable, reliable, and well-tested code using Python and/or Golang.
- Investigate, debug, and resolve technical issues while engaging constructively with the wider open-source community.
- Stay current with new Kubernetes features, ecosystem developments, and relevant open-source projects, incorporating valuable capabilities into product solutions.
- Collaborate proactively with engineers across a globally distributed team and contribute to technical discussions and design decisions.
- Work with industry peers, technology partners, and external contributors to identify and implement effective solutions for users.
- Contribute to engineering best practices, code quality, documentation, and continuous improvement.
- Participate in global team collaboration and travel internationally for internal and external events, typically for 2–4 weeks per year.
