Key Responsibilities

•Develop reliable, scalable backend services that support a compensation platform used by businesses and employees.
•Design and implement APIs, database solutions, and architectural improvements that enhance performance and maintainability.
•Build production-ready systems with strong testing practices, monitoring, observability, and resilience.
•Own features end-to-end, from technical discovery and design through implementation, deployment, and continuous improvement.
•Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to identify the right solutions for customer needs.
•Contribute technical expertise during product discovery, challenge assumptions, and help shape product direction.
•Improve system performance through optimization, better error handling, reduced latency, and stronger data consistency.
