Key Responsibilities
- Implement the commercial strategy across assigned channels, customer segments, and accounts in line with established business objectives and revenue and margin targets.
- Identify, approach, and develop new customer accounts to expand the market and generate sustainable revenue and margin growth.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, understanding their business needs, product requirements, and strategic priorities.
- Develop and execute account plans that define growth opportunities, priorities, commercial actions, and measurable objectives for managed customers.
- Identify key growth levers within the customer portfolio and proactively develop opportunities for revenue expansion and increased customer value.
- Collaborate with other Sales Managers to identify technical and commercial synergies and develop opportunities across customer portfolios.
- Organize innovation-focused sessions with Research and Development, Marketing, chefs, and customers to identify new product and application opportunities.
- Manage sales forecasts, revenue estimates, and commercial reporting to support accurate business planning and performance management.
- Work closely with Research and Development by providing clear customer and market inputs and contributing directly to product development initiatives.
- Contribute to product and process innovation by identifying customer needs, market opportunities, and potential improvements.
- Participate in customer meetings, on-site activities, and regular business reviews to strengthen relationships and support commercial objectives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Pricing, Sourcing, Supply Chain, Research and Development, Marketing, and other relevant teams to deliver customer and business objectives.
