Key Responsibilities
- Translate high-level product strategy and roadmaps into well-defined epics, requirements, initiatives, and actionable deliverables.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the context behind each initiative, including business objectives, user needs, market dynamics, and regulatory constraints.
- Own and continuously prioritize the product backlog, challenging scope and removing low-value work.
- Drive execution from planning through delivery by monitoring timelines, identifying risks and blockers early, and ensuring commitments are delivered on time.
- Conduct business and product analysis by examining data, user journeys, edge cases, and product requirements.
- Write clear requirements, user flows, acceptance criteria, and other documentation.
- Validate delivered features and solutions to ensure they address the original problem and generate intended outcomes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Legal and Compliance, Marketing, and Project teams.
- Serve as the central point of reference for product scope, priorities, status, trade-offs, and key decisions.
- Provide executives and other stakeholders with clear, structured updates on progress, risks, decisions, and delivery outcomes.
