Key Responsibilities

•Prepare monthly management reporting packages, including P&L and cash flow reporting, with detailed variance analysis and actionable business insights.
•Own budgeting and rolling forecasting cycles from planning through delivery, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment across functions.
•Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models for existing and new business directions to support strategic and operational decision-making.
•Improve and automate reporting processes, including data consolidation, reporting workflows, and dashboard development.
•Monitor key Delivery and Sales KPIs that influence revenue and profitability, identifying risks and opportunities proactively.
•Partner closely with cross-functional teams to understand business performance and translate financial data into meaningful recommendations.
•Support invoice tracking, month-end close activities, and other processes required to maintain accurate and timely financial information.
•Contribute to the ongoing development of the finance function as the organization scales and its tools and processes evolve.
