Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the primary legal business partner for commercial, partnerships, and operations teams across the EMEA region.
•Draft, review, and negotiate merchant, partner, vendor, and other commercial agreements across multiple jurisdictions.
•Apply established global contracting playbooks while identifying opportunities to improve templates, processes, and contracting practices.
•Advise business stakeholders on payments regulation and data protection requirements, including European regulatory frameworks and GDPR.
•Partner with the global Legal and Compliance team to assess regulatory developments and maintain an appropriate legal and compliance framework.
•Support the company’s regulatory positioning as a technology orchestration layer that does not hold customer funds.
•Support corporate maintenance and governance matters for regional entities.
•Provide legal guidance on market entry, new products, strategic partnerships, and other growth initiatives.
•Identify and assess legal and commercial risks while developing practical solutions.
•Manage multiple matters simultaneously across jurisdictions, teams, and time zones.
•Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and act as a strategic partner.
