Key Responsibilities

•Own and continuously improve day-to-day business operations across the organization.
•Design, document, and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflows, and scalable operational systems.
•Create and maintain clear processes and documentation using Notion.
•Coordinate supply chain, logistics, third-party logistics (3PL), fulfillment, and customer service operations.
•Identify operational bottlenecks, investigate root causes, and implement effective solutions.
•Coordinate cross-functional projects, priorities, and dependencies to ensure timely execution.
•Support recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and the operational setup of new employees.
•Ensure team members have the appropriate systems, tools, permissions, and access required to perform their roles effectively.
•Prepare operational reports and insights for executive stakeholders.
•Establish clear ownership, accountability, and structure across departments.
•Help improve communication and coordination between teams as the business scales.
