Key Responsibilities
- Manage closed-won processing and order management activities.
- Build standard quotes using CPQ tools and process order forms.
- Own and resolve Deal Desk requests related to quoting, CPQ functionality, account maintenance, and operational processes.
- Maintain accurate Salesforce account and order records.
- Monitor incoming Deal Desk requests and respond to Sales team needs.
- Collaborate with senior team members on complex cases.
- Contribute to improving Deal Desk processes and documentation.
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end activities.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows through automation and AI tools.
- Develop understanding of commercial drivers behind deals.
