Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closure across defense, government, and commercial sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with defense ministries, prime contractors, system integrators, and strategic industry partners throughout Europe.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and solution discussions tailored to customer requirements.
- Develop and execute outbound business development strategies while collaborating with marketing to maximize inbound opportunities and pipeline growth.
- Manage customer interactions, sales activities, and forecasting through accurate CRM documentation.
- Represent the organization at defense exhibitions, conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
- Support proposal preparation, procurement processes, and contract negotiations for complex government and defense acquisitions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate market feedback and contribute to commercial strategy and product positioning.
