Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a structured business development strategy for government and military markets across EMEA.
- Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with distribution partners and key stakeholders within defense, EMS, and public sector healthcare systems.
- Achieve sales targets while managing pipeline activity, forecasting accuracy, and expense control.
- Lead and manage RFIs, tenders, quotations, and complex procurement processes within international government and military frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with regional and global teams to align strategies across NATO and allied markets.
- Maintain and optimize CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to ensure accurate pipeline visibility.
- Develop annual business plans for government and military segments with regular performance reviews.
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory, ethical, and industry standards.
