Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and resolve tickets and escalations through support systems such as Zendesk and email channels
  • •Execute accurate data handling tasks including entry, validation, extraction, and maintenance across multiple systems
  • •Support benefits operations processes including invoicing, billing, enrollment changes, and platform updates
  • •Collaborate with internal teams to understand customer needs and deliver consistent, reliable solutions
  • •Maintain and update operational documentation, standard operating procedures, and internal knowledge bases
  • •Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to increase efficiency and accuracy
  • •Conduct research and contribute to structured knowledge documentation using internal tools
  • •Support continuous improvement of benefits programs through data analysis and operational feedback
  • •Act as a key contributor to ensuring smooth day-to-day execution of global benefits operations
