Key Responsibilities

•Serve as a trusted AI advisor to healthcare clients and payer organizations, helping leadership teams identify high-value opportunities for AI and automation.
•Lead discovery sessions and solution-design workshops that translate operational challenges into practical, achievable AI use cases and adoption roadmaps.
•Guide AI initiatives from strategy and use-case identification through pilots, solution implementation, production deployment, optimization, and continuous improvement.
•Design and deliver AI-powered solutions for payer workflows, including utilization management, claims processing, care management, member engagement, member services, and administrative operations.
•Develop solutions incorporating large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, workflow automation, copilots, and agentic AI orchestration where appropriate.
•Define solution architectures that integrate AI capabilities responsibly with existing client systems, technologies, and operating environments.
•Establish governance models, human-in-the-loop controls, safeguards, and responsible AI practices for regulated healthcare environments.
•Evaluate AI platforms, technologies, and vendors based on business value, implementation feasibility, security, compliance, scalability, and return on investment.
•Create reusable frameworks, accelerators, and delivery approaches that can be applied consistently across multiple consulting engagements.
•Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams and technology vendors throughout solution design, implementation, and operationalization.
•Support business development and pre-sales activities, including client presentations, prospect discussions, solution development, and RFP responses.
•Help expand AI capabilities and offerings by identifying emerging technologies, partnerships, market opportunities, and areas for differentiation.
