Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide hospitality and support for guests, visitors, and employees at client location
  • •Resolve problems associated with building services including janitorial, conference rooms, workstation, furnishings, fixtures, equipment, printers, and meal/snack service
  • •Assist with coordination and scheduling of maintenance activities to ensure completion within SLA
  • •Take ownership of CMMS systems to claim tickets and ensure issues are completed within SLAs
  • •Convert requests from phone calls, text, email into trackable tickets
  • •Complete detailed inspections to discover issues and assign tickets
  • •Ensure facilities comply with local building, health, safety, and fire codes
  • •Create and implement site operational rules and standard operating procedures
  • •Identify opportunities for improved operational standards
  • •Complete short and long-term projects for client
  • •Ensure work stays within client budget and identify cost-saving ideas
  • •Coordinate special events in support of client or JLL
  • •Pick-up, drop-off, prepare postage/labels
  • •Support client event team with coordinating JLL onsite vendors
  • •Coordinate with client teams to set up co-location spaces
  • •Manage office supplies and reorder stock as required
  • •Assist in financial processes for accurate and timely financial management
  • •Track actual spends vs budget
  • •Manage purchase orders, raising and receipting in E1 or other systems
  • •Conduct regular audits to ensure safety procedures are in place and working
  • •Keep H&S records up to date
  • •Ensure H&S roles and responsibilities are understood and implemented
  • •Assist in carrying out safety procedures when needed
  • •Report on JLL H&S platforms as required
  • •Manage contractors on site to ensure performance standards
  • •Work with suppliers for one team approach and report issues to JLL management
  • •Assist in procurement of vendors and services
  • •Develop and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
  • •Ensure client satisfaction and monitor customer satisfaction
  • •Complete reports at scheduled intervals with analysis for continuous improvement
  • •Accomplish KPIs as identified by Account Lead
  • •Ensure compliance with JLL minimum audit standards
  • •Update facilities related information as requested
  • •Perform other duties as assigned by Account Lead / Real Estate
  • •Identify innovations and best practices to support account
  • •Contribute to JLL H&S standards and work within agreed H&S roles and responsibilities
