Key Responsibilities
- Own the product vision for the Scala plugin
- Analyze product usage statistics and run user interviews
- Use IntelliJ IDEA with the Scala plugin daily for dogfooding
- Maintain and develop reference projects
- Own and adapt the plugin roadmap
- Align plugin planning with Scala compiler and IntelliJ IDEA releases
- Define problem statements, success criteria, and scope for features
- Represent core Scala stakeholders
- Coordinate with Developer Advocates and other teams
