Key Responsibilities
- Manage workplace concerns from initial intake through to practical resolution.
- Conduct and coordinate fair, objective, and confidential workplace investigations.
- Facilitate difficult conversations and support mediation between employees and leaders.
- Coach managers and teammates on respectful communication and conflict resolution.
- Support our Speak Up process and other formal reporting channels.
- Develop practical employee relations policies and guidance frameworks.
- Collaborate with local HR teams to ensure practices align with regional legislation and employee representation requirements.
