Key Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end payroll processing, including complex calculations and statutory requirements, as well as all related post-payroll activities
- Ensure payroll accuracy through reconciliations, reporting, and audit support
- Monitor and improve payroll systems and support enhancements or migrations
- Act as a subject matter expert for payroll-related queries and stakeholder advice
- Ensure compliance with Dutch legislation and internal policies while driving process improvements
- Contribute to payroll transformation initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
