•Design, develop and maintain Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions, including email campaigns, customer journeys, automations and audience segmentation.
•Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate marketing requirements into scalable and reliable technical solutions.
•Monitor campaign performance and analyse customer engagement data to identify opportunities for optimisation and improved business outcomes.
•Manage and optimise marketing data models, data extensions and SQL-based processes to ensure high-quality, actionable customer data.
•Implement and support integrations between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and platforms such as Salesforce core, SAP and other technologies, also API based.
•Contribute to platform stability, continuous improvement and agile delivery by supporting releases, incident management and adoption of SFMC best practices.
