Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and rollout of tools, materials, and communications related to onboarding, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Talent Management, and Employee Engagement
- Plan and organize various training sessions and communicate with stakeholders and participants regarding these sessions
- Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding program for new employees
- Provide administrative support and manage the Talent Management team’s email inbox
- Maintaining and improving digital learning solutions and our learning management system in SuccessFactors
- Contributing ideas on sustainable employability, engagement, and performance initiatives
- Organizing activities for your fellow interns together with the TA interns
