Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders and HR stakeholders to align people analytics with strategic business priorities.
- Analyze workforce, talent, financial, and feedback data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, HR metrics, and KPI reporting solutions within Visier to support self-service decision-making.
- Lead standardized reporting processes, including management dashboards, monthly reviews, and quarterly business reviews.
- Coach and enable leaders and HR teams to interpret data, derive insights, and drive accountability through action planning.
- Contribute to the employee listening strategy through survey design, listening program delivery, and integration of employee sentiment and workforce insights.
