Key Responsibilities

•Showcase up and coming trends through product in store to maximise sales.
•Implement weekly VM pack guidelines in store where applicable.
•Re-fresh packages to showcase bestselling product as well as new styles to the business.
•Update window displays weekly to show the consumer the latest on trend, best-selling product of the week.
•Analyse sale figures such as weekly Trade reports (branch review, top 10 by brand) to ensure store layout is commercially correct.
•Continually think ahead, be proactive with new seasonal changes, peak trade initiatives and commercial awareness.
•Creating appealing and eye-catching displays that lead the customer through the store.
•Identify future talent in store to develop and progress and train and develop key individuals in store to gain a well-rounded understanding of Visual merchandising across all levels.
•Work with the Town Merchandiser and Visual Support manager to further your own knowledge and skill set.
