Key Responsibilities
- Build a capacity and timeliness network covering trunk lines, branch lines, and terminals in the European region
- Ensure flexibility during peak seasons and major promotions
- Manage 1PL network expansion and timeliness capacity planning including site location, peak season regional throughput planning, vehicle line schedule planning, and peak elasticity/redundancy mechanism
- Define routes and timeliness stratification, including 211 same-day/next-day configurations for four European countries
- Formulate and implement risk and abnormality plans, including alternative plans and contingency plans for chain breaks, extreme weather, and peak season overloading
- Develop visualization and monitoring tools such as in-transit, delay, and abnormality rate heat maps and early warnings
