Key Responsibilities

•Participation in work consultation meetings
•Coordination of work activities within autonomous teams based on daily start meetings
•Monitoring compliance with supply lead times and standard times
•Application of prescribed measurement methods, work instructions, and measuring tools
•Carrying out quality control and checking one's own work
•Carrying out first-line maintenance of welding equipment and tools
•Taking care of internal transport for production (forklift truck, crane gantry)
•Removal and collection of parts
•Supervising employees and trainees
•Checking parts for presence, dimensions, and quality
•Setting up and calibrating welding equipment in accordance with drawings and quality standards
•Selecting, processing, and welding of small or single unit production series or semifinished products, mainly from stainless steel parts
•Correcting identified defects and modifying process description where necessary
•Finishing products in accordance with set norms
•Advising Manufacturing Engineer during evaluation of manufacturability and reproducibility
•Discussing approach to work and giving feedback about operational difficulties
