Key Responsibilities
- Act as trusted recruitment partner to the business managing end-to-end hiring process.
- Work with hiring managers to ensure right talent in right roles, focusing on service positions.
- Use Workforce Planning and stakeholder engagement to clarify volume and priorities.
- Be strategic Business Partner on job descriptions, compensation, and Go to Market strategies.
- Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate attraction.
- Identify innovative candidate channels for challenging service roles.
- Develop networks/partnerships to build pipeline and promote employer brand.
- Perform talent acquisition activities such as phone screens, interviews, and candidate selection.
