Key Responsibilities

•Organize and coordinate successful installations of sold projects at customers worldwide.
•Act as the key intermediary between customers and internal departments such as Sales, Service, Technology, Planning and Production.
•Create, coordinate and monitor project plans, including installation budgets.
•Monitor the financial settlement throughout the project lifecycle.
•Serve as the main point of contact for installation technicians regarding planning, questions and deviations (from Boxmeer).
•Ensure accurate project reporting by installation technicians.
•Oversee the full project process: from quotation phase through installation, commissioning, training and handover to customers.
•Organize and coordinate required parts and tools for project execution.
•Support and guide Specialists within Sales Project Management from other regions through partnership.
•Ensure a smooth and complete transfer of the project to the Service department after completion.
