•Support and challenge business decisions through financial insights and data-driven recommendations.
•Drive financial performance, profitability improvement initiatives, and operational excellence.
•Partner with leadership to identify business risks, opportunities, and growth initiatives.
•Support strategic planning activities and long-term business development initiatives.
•Lead budgeting, forecasting, and annual operating planning processes.
•Deliver timely and accurate monthly financial reporting and business performance reviews.
•Provide variance analysis and actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders.
•Drive forecasting accuracy and continuous improvement of planning processes.
•Support decision-making through scenario modelling and financial analysis.
•Lead financial performance management across multiple international locations.
•Drive alignment of financial processes, reporting standards, and key performance indicators.
