Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage global spare parts demand planning and ensure alignment with distribution centre capabilities and delivery targets.
  • •Provide regular insights into inventory availability (I/S/N/R items), including impact on stock levels, costs, and operations.
  • •Develop and review inventory segmentation (e.g. 9-blocks) across distribution centres and operating units in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • •Collaborate daily with Demand Planners to prioritise order execution and ensure on-time delivery performance.
  • •Work closely with Procurement to optimise supplier agreements in line with inventory strategies.
  • •Analyse and manage demand planning data within systems such as SAP and SLIM4, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness.
  • •Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives (RCI) to enhance processes, tools, and ways of working across Global Spare Parts.
