Key Responsibilities

•Manage global spare parts demand planning and ensure alignment with distribution centre capabilities and delivery targets.
•Provide regular insights into inventory availability (I/S/N/R items), including impact on stock levels, costs, and operations.
•Develop and review inventory segmentation (e.g. 9-blocks) across distribution centres and operating units in collaboration with stakeholders.
•Collaborate daily with Demand Planners to prioritise order execution and ensure on-time delivery performance.
•Work closely with Procurement to optimise supplier agreements in line with inventory strategies.
•Analyse and manage demand planning data within systems such as SAP and SLIM4, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness.
•Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives (RCI) to enhance processes, tools, and ways of working across Global Spare Parts.
