Key Responsibilities
- Implement and oversee safety programs aligned with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure division/region safety practices are consistent with corporate safety strategies.
- Analyze safety metrics and KPIs to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Serve as subject matter expert for safety standards and compliance.
- Design and deliver training programs to empower employees and leaders.
- Support root cause analysis, investigations, and corrective actions for safety incidents.
- Lead initiatives to enhance safety processes, tools, and technologies.
- Partner with leadership and site managers to foster a culture of safety excellence.
- Stay informed about local and regional safety regulations.
