Key Responsibilities
- Lead preparation of assigned documents including confirming scope, templates, and timelines.
- Plan and organize workload for assigned projects.
- Lead meetings on challenging topics independently.
- Present on standard Medical Writing processes at bid defense meetings.
- Assist in training and development of junior staff.
- May act as Project Manager for complex Medical Writing projects.
- Complete project finance activities including monitoring and forecasting hours.
- Propose, review, and approve budgets for routine projects.
- May take on a small customer lead role.
- Represent region or site on Medical Writing initiatives.
- Facilitate identification of new ideas.
