Key Responsibilities

• •Develop and deliver insightful, value-added solutions for eCOA implementation and patient experience data quality
• •Lead and grow a portfolio of PCS-I business by identifying, shaping, and converting client opportunities
• •Build and leverage strong internal relationships across IQVIA to generate pipeline and support cross-functional selling and delivery
• •Serve as a senior representative for PCS-I, participating in client discussions, bid defenses, and proposal responses
• •Articulate the differentiated value of PCS-I services by applying a critical perspective on the eCOA ecosystem
• •Oversee PCS-I delivery teams who execute eCOA implementation projects
• •Provide direction, advice and intellectual leadership to clients and delivery teams
• •Contribute to PCS services portfolio evolution and thought leadership initiatives
• •Identify opportunities for expansion of PCS service offerings
• •Help shape the PCS-I team’s methodology and approaches for client engagements
• •Support development of PCS-I team and global collaboration within IQVIA
• •Take initiative to create efficiency in delivery and operations
• •Lead ad hoc work streams on critical people-related issues such as recruitment and learning
• •Train and mentor 3-4 junior team members in project management and patient engagement knowledge
