•Develop and deliver value-added solutions for eCOA implementation and patient experience data quality
•Lead and grow a portfolio of PCS-I business by identifying, shaping, and converting client opportunities
•Build and leverage internal relationships to generate pipeline and support cross-functional selling
•Serve as senior representative in client discussions, bid defenses, and proposal responses
•Articulate differentiated value of PCS-I services with critical perspective on eCOA ecosystem
•Oversee PCS-I delivery teams executing eCOA implementation projects
•Provide direction, advice, and intellectual leadership to clients and delivery teams
•Contribute to PCS services portfolio evolution and thought leadership initiatives
•Identify opportunities for expansion of PCS service offerings
•Train and mentor 3-4 junior team members
