Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop strong relationships with a portfolio of clients, acting as the primary point of contact and escalation lead
- Oversee high-quality service delivery across client operations, ensuring services are delivered accurately, efficiently, and in line with agreed KPIs and regulatory requirements
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, contribute to business development initiatives, and support revenue growth across the client portfolio
- Collaborate closely with internal teams across Legal, Accounting, Compliance, and Operations to ensure seamless client servicing and operational excellence
- Support governance and compliance activities, including board meeting participation, oversight of compliance reviews, and escalation of key risks or operational issues where required
