Key Responsibilities
- Build a billing platform that scales from two countries to six
- Design and ship core billing capabilities: payment schedules, fees, VAT logic, refunds, renewals
- Own dunning flow across Adyen and Twikey
- Build resilient integrations with payment, banking and tax providers
- Handle multi-entity invoicing across Insify entities
- Partner with finance, legal and compliance to turn requirements into systems
- Set the bar for engineering quality in billing domain
- Own incidents and operational health
