Key Responsibilities
- Advise on Dutch and EU commercial and regulatory law, building legal posture from the ground up
- Stay ahead of legal and regulatory developments across the Netherlands, France, and new markets, turning complex regulatory shifts into strategic guidance
- Own international expansion from a legal perspective, helping navigate groundwork for new European markets
- Partner with Product, Growth, and Commercial to launch new offerings, campaigns, and partnerships, bringing legal thinking early
- Build and scale compliance infrastructure across multiple jurisdictions
- Own GDPR and broader privacy framework, working cross-functionally to keep policies fit for purpose
