Key Responsibilities
- Understand social and influencer ways of working for Always On organic content and campaigns
- Build strong, lasting partnerships with clients
- Main point of contact with internal teams and clients for all projects
- Create timelines and ensure work is delivered on time and on budget
- Support teams in managing project flow
- Help deliver creative work to high standard by championing brand identity compliance
- Set up and lead internal and client meetings with note taking
- Demonstrate flexibility in day-to-day deliverables
- Ensure key Service Level Agreements are met
- Ensure clients have a positive experience, flagging risks/issues early
- Build relationships with day-to-day team
- Financial management
- Integrate technologies and manage resources for maximum efficiencies including AI
