The NFR Reporting Expert is responsible for all aspects of non-financial risk (NFR) reporting at ING, acting as the primary interface between locations and Centers of Expertise. Requires a university degree, experience in risk or compliance reporting, and strong project management and change leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Leading the preparation and oversight of the NFRD process at all levels of the organisation, production of the highest level NFRDs (Bank, WB and Retail), ensuring global consistency and high quality second line challenge
- Leading the development, preparation and oversight of NFR KRI reporting globally and locally, collaborating with stakeholders (e.g. KRI owners, Risk CoEs)
- Owning and updating reporting templates, risk thresholds, and NFRD architecture to ensure they remain fit for purpose
- Support the head of the team in developing the NFRD model further and to improve risk reporting
- Driving the implementation and embeddedness of standardized reporting processes, reducing workload in locations
- Overseeing the (regulatory) reporting of event data
- Ensuring adherence to data management standards, including data quality
- Establishing the reporting related book of work including project definitions, milestones, workstreams and progress reporting, to upgrade NFR’s strategic reporting capabilities and reporting thereof to the Head of PMR and NFR
