Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver strategic HR projects across Retail NL, including workforce transformation, capability building and performance culture initiatives
- Design and implement strategic workforce planning models to support business priorities and future capability needs
- Drive multiple projects in parallel with clear timelines, ensuring fast execution and high-quality delivery
- Support the delivery of core HR cycles (performance, talent, succession and reward), ensuring high-quality execution and tangible outcomes
- Develop and implement upskilling and reskilling initiatives aligned with business and transformation goals
- Lead change initiatives with a structured, project-based approach, ensuring clear milestones, stakeholder alignment and measurable impact
- Use people analytics and data insights to inform decision-making and shape actionable people strategies
- Implement global HR solutions locally, adapting them to deliver maximum impact in the Retail NL context
- Drive diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives with clear deliverables, tracking progress against defined targets
- Contribute to the design and execution of talent strategies, focusing on attraction, retention and development of key talent
- Act as a subject-matter expert on complex HR topics (e.g. reward, organisational design), ensuring practical and effective solutions
