Key Responsibilities
- Lead, develop and deliver DIB initiatives and projects.
- Act as a trusted advisor and coach on DIB-related topics.
- Design and implement initiatives that build DIB awareness, understanding and empathy.
- Define clear outcomes for impact evaluation and programme design.
- Partner with employee-driven DIB resource groups.
- Stay close to internal and external DIB developments and translate insights into recommendations.
