Key Responsibilities
- Transports individuals and documents to designated destinations while ensuring traffic-related and personal safety of Executive Board members.
- Coordinates transportation requirements with the passenger, their own manager, or the relevant executive assistant.
- Responsible for the technical condition of the assigned vehicle and arranges necessary repairs and maintenance.
- Reports any damage incurred and other incidents to the manager and the insurance company, and ensures proper follow-up and settlement.
- Maintains good physical fitness and participates in training programs aimed at enhancing traffic safety and personal security.
