- Support private equity clients in achieving optimal acquisition financing through thorough analysis.
- Involvement in complex financing structures as part of rotating deal teams.
- Structure credit solutions tailored to client needs.
- Connect internally with Risk and other financial departments, and externally with private equity parties and entrepreneurs.
- Gather client information, perform business and financial analyses, prepare credit proposals, and work with complex financial models in Excel.
