Key Responsibilities

•Manage own portfolio of clients and act as first point of contact for borrower, lenders, internal stakeholders, and third parties.
•Review loan documentation from operability perspective to ensure adherence to ING standards, regulatory standards, and LMA/LSTA templates.
•Collaborate with originating business and external legal counsel to negotiate comments to successful outcome.
•Identify and collate information required to on-board new deal and ensure timely receipt of documentation.
•Liaise with external legal counsel to fulfill relevant CPs and proactively manage deal closing process including funds flow.
•Manage non-operational aspects of deals including amendments, waivers, and consents; act as main point of contact for deal issue escalations.
•Proactively manage day-to-day run activities (drawdowns, rollovers, repayments, fees, margin adjustments, covenant distribution, secondary debt trades/transfers) and oversee off-shore support teams.
