Key Responsibilities
- First to third line support to users.
- Support physical and virtual desktop environment, infrastructure components (like O365, AD, Email, MDM, Audio and Visual Communication systems).
- Deploy enterprise updates for Windows and macOS.
- Install, modify and repair computer hardware and software (including servers, desktop and printers).
- Troubleshoot, escalate and document computer network issues.
- Assist in-house Facilities Management with the execution of desk and physical equipment moves.
- Everything else necessary to keep us moving.
