Key Responsibilities

•Ensure close collaboration with Creation & Design (C&D) throughout all project stages, including ballots, questionnaires, and sample selection prior to testing
•Plan and execute sensory and consumer studies in line with internal quality standards and project timelines
•Provide clear instructions, volumes, and timelines to PX Technician and C&D to ensure accurate sample preparation and timely delivery
•Support PX researchers in project management and lead sensory and/or consumer activities under supervision
•Monitor data quality, including panel performance and consumer data checks, and clean raw datasets
•Analyze results of sensory and consumer studies and report findings under guidance of senior team members
•Maintain internal databases using standardized templates and ensure accurate documentation of results
•Coordinate and oversee the day-to-day activities of the PX Technician
•Maintain and develop internal and external sensory and consumer panels (including recruitment, GDPR compliance, and availability)
