Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze food and beverage category trends using tools such as Mintel, Euromonitor, AI Palette, Nielsen, and other AI-driven insight tools
  • •Monitor new product launches and evolving trends across the Nordics to surface market gaps and emerging opportunities
  • •Connect market dynamics and consumer behavior with IFF’s commercial strategy to uncover and shape growth opportunities
  • •Create and drive local initiatives aligned with regional strategy by mapping products across categories, markets, and channels
  • •Translate insights into impactful, customer-facing content that supports business growth and retention across Nordic markets
  • •Work closely with the Nordic commercial team to understand customer needs and co-develop relevant growth strategies
  • •Collaborate with customers on new product development by applying consumer insights and market trends to design relevant concepts
  • •Lead end-to-end customer engagement, including presentations, marketing collateral, event coordination, and premium brand experiences
  • •Travel across the Nordic region to engage customers, deliver presentations, and strengthen relationships
  • •Partner cross-functionally with commercial, innovation, and design teams to build compelling value propositions
