•Continuously scan and analyze societal, lifestyle and industry trend signals across various sources (media, reports, web listening, social media platforms, events)
•Maintain and update internal communication channels and materials with relevant trend insights and resources, usage monitoring
•Contribute to the creation of trend briefs for marketing, innovation, and creative teams
•Support the development of trend presentations and reports
•Collaborate on internal and external creative partnerships and co-creation initiatives
•Help translate trend insights into creative inspirations for fragrance development, promotion and storytelling
•Participate in ideation sessions and workshops to spark innovation
