Key Responsibilities

•Act as primary business SME and end-user representative for IFFMAN retirement and migration to Innocore/Phoenix 3.
•Provide expertise on IFFMAN processes, FAD workflows, business rules, operational constraints, and exception handling.
•Gather, validate, and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
•Partner with FAD, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure future solution meets operational and usability needs.
•Identify process gaps, dependencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement, automation, and productivity gains.
•Develop, execute, and document User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios, test cases, and validation evidence.
•Support defect triage, re-testing activities, and validation of data integrity and business rule compliance.
•Evaluate business impact of system and process changes and provide recommendations for solution enhancements.
•Contribute to change management, training materials, user guidance, adoption feedback, and go-live readiness assessments.
