•Lead data reporting for global category activities (project monitoring, sales and budget analysis, preparation of senior management meetings)
•Support and coordinate global communication (category calls, quarterly internal events)
•Facilitate cross-category information sharing and alignment between teams
•Support execution of category strategy
•Support Category VPs across the full innovation planning process
•Ensure implementation of project management best practices
•Drive valuation processes for innovation projects in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders
•Manage internal platforms for the global category network
•Organize core team meetings (agenda, minutes, follow-up actions)
•Facilitate category workshops
•Drive internal communication and knowledge sharing
