Key Responsibilities
- Deliver compensation planning, salary review and rewards processes across the region, providing data-informed recommendations and supporting implementation where appropriate.
- Ensure alignment of rewards governance, job evaluation and compensation practices across EMEA markets.
- Leverage market benchmarking and workforce insights to support informed talent, retention and workforce investment decisions.
- Serve as the primary regional contact for the Global Benefits Director on EMEA benefits and retirement programs.
- Partner with benefits vendors, consultants, trustees and local stakeholders to facilitate effective administration and ongoing program management.
- Provide benefits and retirement program analysis to inform decision-making, risk management, cost oversight and long-term program sustainability.
- Identify and implement opportunities to streamline rewards processes, enhance operational efficiency and improve transparency in rewards decision-making.
- Help ensuring compliance with local requirements across EMEA countries.
